Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
